Rocky Mountaineer: Two Days of Luxury Canadian Train Travel
Rocky Mountaineer – When the end of 2011 draws nigh, and these two baby boomers sit down to consider all that we have seen and done throughout the past year, our two-day journey aboard Canada’s Rocky Mountaineer luxury rail tour service is certain to be in our top ten list.
Named as one of the world’s greatest trips by National Geographic, this luxury train carried us from Vancouver’s setting on the Pacific ocean to Jasper in the Canadian Rockies in world-class comfort, style, and ease.
Once we were settled in our spacious and comfortable seats perched in our glass-domed bi-level luxury train coach, we had nothing to do but sit back and enjoy amazing panoramas, the company of wonderful people from all over the globe, gourmet meals prepared by talented chefs, and the delightful pampering of Rocky Mountaineer’s caring and friendly staff.
We made friends with folks who have traveled aboard the world’s greatest luxury rail trains and they resoundingly proclaimed Rocky Mountaineer to be among the best in the world.
I’m afraid that this is one of those times when words just can’t express the wonder of this journey. Therefore, let us show you some of the highlights of our journey with our short travel video:
