You know, in the world of travel photography, there is something intriguing about a bicycle leaning against a wall. And for the life of me, I can’t tell you why. Nonetheless, when I’m in a cool place and see a bicycle leaning against the wall, I’m certain to snap a photograph.
I shot this particular bicycle in the the 17th century Citadel (castle) of Blaye while on a Uniworld river cruise. The site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and I’ll share more photographs with you at a later date.
For now, I hope you enjoy the simplicity of this photograph, and hope that it brings a little joy to your day.
