Golly, what a difference a few years can make.  We live in Scottsdale, Arizona and it was just two years ago when we witnessed Canadians buying up our real estate in droves.

However, if you look at the chart to the right, the U.S. Dollar has strengthened dramatically and our Canadian neighbors to the north are nowhere in sight!
